1) Corn Pulao

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp chopped Garlic
• 1/2 cup Finely chopped Onion
• 1 cup Corn
• 1 tbsp chopped tomato
• 1/4 cup finely chopped Cabbage (Optional)
• 1 tsp Soya sauce
• 1/4 tsp Ketchup
• Salt to taste
• 2 cups Boiled rice

2) Paneer Pulao

Ingredients
1 tsp Oil
1/2 cup Finely chopped Onion
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup Finely chopped Green capsicum
1/4 cup Finely chopped Tomato
1 tsp Pav bhaji masala
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
125 gm Paneer
Sal to taste
1 tsp Lemon juice
2 cups Boiled Rice
Finely chopped Coriander leaves

3) Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients :
1 tbsp Oil
1 Green Cardamom
1/2 tsp Cumin
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion 1 cup
Green Chilli : 2 (slit)
Red Chilli pwd 1/2 tbsp
Coriander pwd : 1 tbsp
Tomato 1
Fennel Seed pwd 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cashew nut paste (10 cashew soaked in milk for 2 hours)
Cottage Cheese : 200gm
Coriander leaves : 1 tbsp
Garam Masala pwd : 1/2 tsp
