This video shows you how to create cute animal bread creatively and easily, step by step with detailed tips on every process to help you avoid common mistakes as well as improving the success rate. This is one of my favorite breads as it’s very fluffy and soft and it can be made without having to do a windowpane test. It’s also the first type of bread I tried to make when I started baking. Therefore, I highly recommend this recipe for you to give it a go even if you are a beginner.

It’s also healthy as it’s low in fat and sugar without any artificial colouring, which is a common way of being creative in baking. It’s always eaten plain with a soft milky texture. On top of that, I will be offering adjustments to the recipe for those of you with a sweet tooth at the end of the video.

Recipe (low in fat & sugar):
Bread flour 250g
Milk powder 10g
Half and egg 25g
Whole milk 140ml
Granulated sugar 30g
Salt 2.5g
Butter 25g
Yeast 3g
