Recipe:
Vegetables:
1 Zucchini, 1yellow squash, 2 small eggplant, 3 Roma tomatoes

Herbs:
1 tbsp fresh basil
1 tbsp fresh italian parsley
1/2 tbsp fresh fine leaf thyme
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil

Sauce:
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
3 petite mixed color bell peppers
1 red onion
1 1/2 cup canned tomato sauce
1 tbsp fresh basil

Fish: 2 pounds of salmon
4 fresh lemon slice
Use some herbs from Ratatouille
Salt and black pepper to taste
