No Knead, All Purpose Flour Bread Recipe in a Skillet. You don’t need a Dutch Oven for this one. You don’t need to knead it either. You do need a bit of time though, as the dough needs about 24 hours to become the awesomeness it was meant to be. No knead bread is about the easiest thing you can do really to make bread. I’ll show my shaping technique too so you can get nicely shaped risen loaves.

Ingredients:
320 g flour (2.5 cups)
80 g whole wheat flour (1 cup)
320 g water (1 1/3 cups)
8 g salt (non-iodized, and that’s about 1.5 tsp)
3 g active dry yeast (1 tsp)
