In this video I have shown how to make this healthy nutritious missi roti..
These Punjabi missi roti are flat breads made with whole wheat flour,gram flour and spices..Missi roti lowers cholestrol,and gluten free and is a rich source of protein attributed to besan..It is also healthier weight loss dinner recipe..
Here I have just mixed Gram flour,whole wheat flour,salt and ajwain..
Then I have added finely chopped onion,green chilli and added little water to make a dough..
Then let it rest for sometime and after that we can make small balls out of it and roll those balls and place it in a hot tawa and brush some oil..Now healthy Yummy missi roti is ready..
