Instant protein dosa recipe is an easy breakfast recipe Indians love to have year round.
This high protein dosa is a great way to start the day with a power packed breakfast. It doesn’t require much preparation as it is a no fermentation recipe without rice.
Typically 4-5 dals are used for this type of dosa. Starting with Urad dal, Chana dal, Moong Dal, Masoor Dal and finally Split Moong Dal.This is a variation of the Karnataka Bele Dosa and the Andhra Pesarattu, both of which have a small quantity of rice in the batter mix. This particular recipe is the simplest it gets. I have incorporated some variations in the method, should you want to make your dal dosa a little more interesting and bring in some more flavour and spice.
For the everyday high-protein breakfast I would suggest this version as it is simple to make and takes care of your nutrition needs.
