*Spinach Rice
Ingredients: 2.5 cups of Rice (Washed), 2 Packs of Spinach(Washed and Chopped), 2 Onions, 2 tsp. of Garlic, Spices (In the Video), 5 cups of Water,2 tbsp. Butter
Instructions:
. Cook the onions until brown, add the garlic and spinach (plus the Butter)
. Add the rinsed rice and the water. Let it cook for about 30 minutes

Instructions:
. Cook in the oven at 425 for 45 minutes or until it looks brown. Turn it over after 20-25 minutes.

*Chicken Recipe #2
Ingredients: Chicken breasts (6 pieces), Tikka Masala Sauce, Spices(of your choices), Oil
Instructions:
. Heat up the Oil and add the cubed cut chicken
. Add the Sauce after cooking the meat for 15 minutes
. Let it Simmer for about 20-30 minutes

*Salad
Ingredients (In the Video)
Instructions:
. Wash the Spring Mix, and Tomatoes. Add the boiled corn and the tomatoes that are cut into the washed salad

*Soup
Ingredients: Broccoli, White Beans, Onions, Green Onions, Orange Pepper, 2 cups of Half& Half, Water, Cheese (Optional), Spices
Instructions:
. Cook the Onions and Pepper in heated Oil for 5 minutes
. Cook the Broccoli for 10 minutes and add the cooked white beans
. After 15 minutes, add the spices + Half & Half
. Let it cook for 5 minutes
. Take the Soup as it is or blend it

*White Beans Recipe
Ingredients: onions, diced tomatoes, cooked white beans, oil, 2 green onions
Instructions:
. Heat up the oil and add the onions till they are brown
. Add the diced tomatoes and green onions and let it cook for 8-10 minutes
. Add the white beans and let it cook for 15 minutes
