Ingredients:
For soup:

Tomatoes: 7 medium sized for 3 servings
Onion: 1/2 (medium sized)
Oil: 2 tbsp
Butter: 1 cube
Bay leaf: 1
Cinnamon stick: 1 inch long
Pepper corns: 1 tsp
Garlic cloves: 11-12 nos.
Water: 4 cups
Ginger: 1/2 tsp
Kahmiri red chili powder: 1/5 tsp
Fresh cream: 3 tsp
Corn starch slurry:
Salt as required
Bread cut into cubes for croutons: 3 slices

For garlic bread:

Bread slices: 4 nos.
Butter: 25 gm
Chopped garlic: 2 tsp
Chopped coriander: 1/5 tsp
