Desi ghee/Clarified butter 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds/Saunf 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds/ Jeera 1 tsp,
Black Cardamom/Kali Elaichi seeds few
Cloves/Laung 2
Cinnamon/Dalchini Stick 1 inch
Nutmeg/Jaifal some grated
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp,
Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp,
Saunth/Dry ginger powder 1/2 tsp
Jaggery or sugar as per taste
Salt, Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Red chilli Powder all as per taste
Almonds few optional
