All you need is veggies of your choice and your favourite topping!

Ingredients :
1. Grated carrot 🥕 1/4 cup
2. Finely Chopped cabbage 1/4 cup
3. Finely chopped bell pepper 1/4 cup
4. Chopped Coriander leaves 1tbsp
5. Chopped green chillies 1tsp
6. Black pepper 1 tsp
7. Cream cheese / mayo 1/2 cup
8. Red chilly sauce / tomato sauce 1 tsp
9. Grated cheese of your choice ( I used cheddar & mozzarella)
10. Bread slices 🍞
11. Butter 🧈
Procedure:
1. Put all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl (except butter 🧈 , cheese and bread 🍞).
2. Give it a good mix.
3. Spread the butter in both the slices.
4. Take some of the mixture and spread it on the buttered side of the slice.
5. Add your favourite cheese 🧀.
6. Cover it with other slice .
7. Now grill the sandwich 🥪 either in the sandwich maker or in a pan.
