Ingredients:
2 chopped tomatoes
2 chopped Cucumber
1 choped onion
Chickpeas 50 grams
2 diced Green chillies

Seasonings
1 tb spoon extravirgin olive oil
1 tb spoon lemon or lime juice or apple cider vinegar
1/4 tea spoon salt
1/4 tea spoon black paper
1/4 tea spoon red chilli
1/4 tea spoon roasted cumin grinned
1/4 tea spoon carom seed
1/2 tea spoon chat masaala
1/4 tea black salt or rock salt
1/4 tea spoon oregano
1/4 tea spoon basil
1/4 tea spoon thyme

Mix all ingredients well and add Seasoning
