I believe everyone likes salmon, even those people, who don’t really like the taste of other fish types. This is my case too, I can eat salmon every day, but no other fish really. It has a great taste and is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which we need to include in our diet. It is best to eat fish at least two times a week, and these salmon dishes are great options!
8 Quick Salmon Recipes:
Lemon salmon with roasted brussels sprouts and fries
This recipe is really so simple, I make this a lot of times when we want a quick but healthy dinner! You can also make your own fries and I put them in the oven to make them healthier.
Salmon with warm beetroot, feta, and walnut salad
I’m a huge fan of non-traditional salads and this warm beetroot salad is soo good! The walnut and the feta cheese taste amazing with the beets and the salmon, you need to try this!
Honey and paprika coated salmon with garlic spinach
This recipe became one of my favorite salmon recipes! The salmon tastes amazing with the paprika and the honey and it is an amazing light dinner with the garlic spinach.
Parmesan coated salmon with spinach and tomato cream
This quick salmon bake is even a great idea to make if you are hosting some friends or a dinner party! If the veggies are not enough, add some brown rice to make it more filling with the carbs!
Easy pad thai inspired salmon noodles
I love Asian-inspired recipes and Asian cuisine! I like to experiment with different recipes and came up with this one, which quickly became a favorite in our home! You can also make this with chicken or tofu, or gluten-free pasta.
Salmon with creamy dill sauce and brown rice
This is one of my easiest salmon recipes, but I just love it, soo creamy! You can also make it with regular cooking cream, but my stomach and cooking cream are not friends, so I opt for dairy-free versions.
Buttered salmon bake with sweet potatoes, zucchini, and eggplant roast
I love to just put together a bunch of vegetables, some salmon, spices, put in the oven, and have a perfect cozy Sunday meal. This one is no exception, give it a try!
Baked salmon with butternut squash and carrot mash
This recipe is really easy and the butternut squash and carrot mash make an excellent side dish! Both carrots and the squash are rich in vitamin A, so this is a really healthy dish with salmon, that is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. This mash is also great for children!
