We are just days away from it officially being fall so I decided to get ahead of the game and kick off the new season early with some fall baking. One of my all time favorite tasty fall treats is homemade pumpkin bread. My mom and I would make this all the time when I was growing up. There are so many fun and sweet memories made around this recipe that I make it every year. I decided to take my mom’s traditional recipe and put a healthy twist on it. I created this recipe with clean, all natural ingredients that are gluten free. I’ve even included a baking swap for the eggs so this pumpkin bread can be vegan! Sweet cinnamon and other warm fall spices come together to create the perfect cozy comforting treat. Pair with your favorite fall coffee or PSL and you’re ready to rock this fall season!
