This easy to make and insanely delicious banana bread is something you will make over and over again once your tried it at home. A lot of goodness of banana and cinnamon that will compliment your afternoon tea or coffee snacks too. Can be made ahead, frozen and kept in freezer for up to two weeks in a airtight container or bag.

Recipe:

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the following:

All purpose Flour: 1.5 Cup
Baking powder: 1 Tsp
Cinnamon powder: 1 Tbsp
Salt: 1/2 Tsp
Chopped walnuts: 3/4th Cup
White sugar: 3/4 cup

Mix all dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients:
Milk: 1/2 Cup
Melter butter: 1/2 Cup
Eggs whisked lightly: 2 eggs
Vanilla extract: 1 Tbsp
Mashed bananas: 2 bananas

Blend them all well, and then bake in a buttered bread/loaf pan for 170’C (gas oven mark 3) for 40-50 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the bread comes out clean.

Once out of the oven, rest the bread until cool, and then cut with a sharp bread knife into an inch thick each pieces.
