This is a Super Easy Beetroot Salad Recipe. Gets ready in less than 10 minutes. It is a great healthy option and it is very delicious. The tempering is optional but adds great flavor to the Salad.
Beetroot Salad
Ingredients used:
2 Beetroots
1 Cup Curd
A Pinch of Salt
FOR TEMPERING
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
½ tbsp Mustard Seeds
Few Curry Leaves
Procedure:
1) Take 2 Beetroots, Peel the Skin off , Wash the Peeled Beetroots
and finely grate them
2) Add 1 Cup Curd with a pinch of Salt
and Combine Everything together
FOR TEMPERING
11) Heat 1 tbsp Olive Oil in a Tadka Pan
2) Add 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds , ½ tbsp Mustard Seeds and Few Curry Leaves
3) Pour the Tempering on the Beetroot Curd Mixture
