Today I’m meal prepping some healthy comfort food. Follow along, and don’t forget to subscribe! I like to cook easy meals for my family of 4, and we loved these recipes. I’m making a greek yogurt biscuit breakfast sandwich, sweet potato tacos, and toasty sandwiches.

Greek Yogurt Biscuit Sandwiches Recipe:
Biscuit recipe:
Filled with Applegate chicken sausage, and baked eggs (12 eggs, can of diced green chilis, salt, and pepper).
Points will be lower if you use light butter, I used regular.

Caprese Sandwiches:
Ciabatta rolls
Provolone slices
Basil pesto
Halved cherry tomatoes
Torn arugula
Balsamic vinegar glaze
If on WW, be sure to add a point if you use a cup of veggies!
