Aval vadai

Ingredients required:
1.Aval-200gms
2.rice flour-4 to 6 spoons
3.ravai- 2 to 3 spoons
4.curd-1spoon
5.small onions- 8 to 12
6.curry and corriander leaves

Take 200gms of Aval and wash it twice.
Then soak it in water for 5 to 10 minutes. Add water until it absorbs.
No need to drain the water.

Smash the aval completely and add the rice flour, ravai , small onions and curry leaves. Add salt to it.

Mix it all well. Roll it into small balls and make vadai. Fry it on both sides.

Now the tasty and crispy Aval vadai is ready to serve.
