Full Recipe
• Add 2 Cups/ 100gms of Soya Chunks/Nutri
•3 Cups of Water
• 1 Tap Salt
**Boil for 10 Mins till the Nutri becomes soft**
**Strain the Nutri/Chunks and add cold water then squeeze all the water from the Nutri**
**Grind**
1 small Piece of Ginger
4-5 cloves of Garlic
1 Green Chilli
**Then Grind**
**Now to the Grinded Mixture add Nutri/Soya Chunks and Grind Again**
**Then add**
•1 Tsp of Salt
•1 Tsp Red Chilli powder
**Now mix everything and make Tikkis**
**Now Cooking the Tikkis on a medium heat , use oil as u prefer, u can use a brush to oil the Tikkis for less oil usage
Cook them for 15 Mins until they are brown and crispy**
You can Consume the Tikkis as it is they are very tasty or Go ahead and Make Sandwiches which are extraordinary Tasty
** Now make Mayo dip for sandwich by adding 1 Tbsp Mayo+ 1 Tbsp Ketchup**
**Onto Toasted Breads add Szechuan Sauce and on the other slice add Mayo Dip we just made**
**Add Tomatoes + Onion Slices and Ketchup**
