carrot-1 no
beans-7-8 no’s
cabbage- 100 grams
capsicum- 1 no
potato-1 no
onion-1 no
tomato- 1 no
green chilli-3 no’s
cashews-6-8 no’s
curryleaves- few
mustard-1/2 spn
uraddal-1/2 spn
water-3 tumbler
salt- as needed

preparation:

keep a kadai pour necessary oil put mustard, uraddal, cashews as needed allow it to splutter add onion, green chilli, tomato, add all the chopped veggies saute well add broken wheat saute for 2 mins and finally add water, necessary salt pressure cook for 2 whistles.

after pressure release, your delicious wheat upma is ready to serve.
