Raw Vegan Cereal
Ingredients
Any (or all!) of the following fruits:
1 Apple (chopped into small cubes)
2 Bananas (sliced)
4 Dates (de-pitted and chopped into small pieces)
2 cups mixed fresh or defrosted berries:
(blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)
Raisins, mulberries, dried coconut + any other dried fruit you like (amount can vary depending on preference)
Cinnamon
Plant Mylk of your choice (I use banana mylk or hemp mylk)
Banana Mylk:
2 frozen bananas
2 dates
1/2″ inch of vanilla bean
2 cups water (depending on the desired thickness of mylk!)
Blend together and enjoy!
Hemp Mylk:
3 TBSP hemp seeds
4 dates
1/2″ inch of vanilla bean
2 cups water (depending on the desired thickness of mylk!)
Instructions:
1. Chop up the apple and slice bananas
2. Add any (or all!) of the above ingredients into a LARGE cereal bowl
3. Pour in mylk and viola!
