Roasted chickpeas also known as garbanzo beans are a healthy snack alternative. In this video I make roasted chickpeas two ways. I make them from canned and dry chickpeas. I preferred the dried roasted chickpeas, and my wife preferred the canned. The dried chickpeas has a little more crunch than the canned. When making roasted chick peas (garbanzo beans) you can add whatever seasonings you want. You can make them sweet or savory. This is a perfect snack for someone on a low carb diet, as there is a lot of fiber, and not a lot of net carbs.
