Simple ingredients but a wholesome taste. Why slave over a tough recipe when my version is Super Easy yet Finger Licking Delicious!
Ingredients: (serves 3 )
1. Palak ( washed and chopped 1 bunch)
2. 1.5 to 2 Onions Chopped small
3. Ginger 1.5 inches chopped
4. Green Chillies 3 (deseeded & chopped)
5. Hing/ Asafoetida (peringaayam) 1 pinch
6. Turmeric Powder 1 pinch
7. Salt to Taste
8. A pinch of sugar
9. Cumin Seeds (Jeera) 2 tsp
10. A pinch of Cooking Soda (Optional)
11. Fresh Cream 2 Tbsp (optional)
Its ready in a Jiffy & Tastes so so Good. A staple in my Home, I am sure you will love this !
