Sheshar is a fluffy bread famous in Hunza and Gilgit-Baltistan. It is a breakfast bread which is consumed with salty tea.
sheshar resembles Bhature or puri paratha which is also deep fried. Sheshar is made with wheat flour and has another variation locally known as Arzoq.
