Chana Chaat Recipe

Recipe/ Ingredients:

1. Chickpeas (Chana) (Boiled) – 250 gm
2. Potato (Boiled & Chopped) – 1
3. Tamarind Pulp (Imli) – 1/2 Cup
4. Salt (Namak) – 1 tsp or to taste
5. Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch) – 1 tsp
6. Turmeric Powder (Haldi) – 1/4 tsp
7. Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
8. Water (Pani) – 2 Cups

• Mix Well
• Cover and Cook For 10mins on
Medium Low Flame

9. Onion (Pyaz) (Sliced) – 1 Small Size
10. Green Chili (Hari Mirch) (Chopped) – 2
11. Green Coriander (Hara Dhania) (Chopped) – 2 tbsp

• Mix Well
• Dish out
• Garnish with Onion (Sliced), Green Coriander (Chopped), Green Chili ,(Chopped) & Tomato (Chopped)
