Macros chicken parm: 387 Calories, 18C, 8F, 61P
Ingredients:
– 200g chicken breast
– 10g panko
– 5g flour
– 30g egg whites
– 50g tomato sauce
– 50g low-fat mozzarella
– salt, pepper, onion, garlic
Baking at 200°C(400°F) for 12-15 min or longer if you dry brine the chicken.
