Today’s Recipe is a Healthy Weightloss Red Beans Salad very easy and quick to made. It is rich in protein and flavourful as well.
Let’s see what ingredients we need to make this…
1. 1 big bowl boiled rajma / red kidney beans / red beans
2. 1 cucumber diced🥒
3. 1. Medium size tomato diced🍅
4. 1. Medium size onion diced🌰
5. 15-20 Sliced black or green oilves🫒 or else you can use both.
6. 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce🍅
7. 1 Lemon juice🍋
8. 2 tbsp water
9. Salt to taste
10. ¼ tsp Red Chilli flakes
11. Crushed black peppers 4- 5 or as per your taste
12. Coriander leaves 🍃 to garnish

Steps to Make Salad 🥗-
1. Soak desired quantity of Rajma over night by washing it thoroughly.
2. Pressure cook the soaked Rajma with salt for 5 to 6 whistle or until they are properly soft.
3. Drain the boiled rajma and allow it cool for 10 to 15 mins.

4. Add all the chopped vegetables and seasoned it as shown in the video.

5. Serve it cold in summers and hot in winters.
