Step 1: Boil Chicken
1. 150 grams boneless chicken
2. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3. 1 tsp rock salt (normal salt can also be used)

1. 1 tablespoon desi ghee
2. 1 small sized chopped onion
3. 1 tsp chopped ginger
4. 1 tsp chopped garlic
5. saute for a minute
6. Add boiled chicken

10. Add bell peppers and saute for a minute
