All the ingredients are organic! I mark all the food there are not alkaline. If you see other sentence beside it give you the information how the food could become alkaline.

Breakfast:

Chocolate Overnight Oats with Blueberries in Coconut yogurt

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sprouted oats
1 tbs carob powder
1 tbs cacao nibs
1 slice of dark chocolate 85%
1 1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbs tahini
1 cup coconut yogurt !not alkaline!

Instructions:
Mix all together in a container and stir it. Put it in the fridge and let it sit there overnight. You can eat it the next 3 days.

Pistacchio Overnight Oats with Mangos in Coconut yogurt

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sprouted oats
2 cups frozen Mangos
1/2 cup Coconut flakes
1/3 cup pistachios
1 cup Coconut yogurt

Instructions:
Mix all together in a container and stir it. Put it in the fridge and let it sit there overnight. You can eat it the next 3 days.

Grits with strawberries

Ingredients:
1 cup spelt Grits
2-3 cups frozen Strawberries
1 package Coconutmilk (should only contain coconut milk)
1-2 cups filtered water
1 cup Apple sauce
2 tbs Cinnamon birch sugar mix

Instructions:
Place the water and the coconut milk in a pot and warm it up. Stir it so the coconut milk and the water are combined. When its boiling put the spelt grits slowly in it while your are whisking. let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes and turn the heat off. No place the apple sauce and the cinnamon sugar mix in it. Stir it until combined. Add now the strawberries to eat. Place it in a container and put it in the fridge after its cooled down. You can eat it the next 3 days.

Main dishes:

Sweet Potatoe mash and heaty pancakes

Ingredients:
3-4 Sweet potatoes
1/2 onion
1 package coconut milk
1-2 cups filtered water
2 tbs vegetable broth powder
1 cup sprouted spelt flour
1 ts flexseed
3 ts filtered hot water
2 tbs olive oil
1 ts italien seasoning
1/2 ts sea salt
pinch of pepper

Instruction:
Cut the onions in small pieces. Peel the potatoes and put them in small pieces. heat up your pot and place the onions and potatoes in it. Stir it for few minutes and add now the coconut milk, water and vegetable broth to it. Let it simmer for 15 minutes. now mach it with a masher or a mixer. Split it in half. In one if the half’s put the Italian seasoning in it and stir it until combined. In the other half put the flour, the flaxseed egg (1 ts flexseed, 3 ts filtered hot water) salt and pepper and mix it. I would put them in water like dumplings the next time because I didn’t like the outcome in the oven. So like the spinach dumplings, heat up a pot with water, when boiling place the dumplings in the water. Take them out when there are swimming on the water surface.

Broccoli with Lupin Sauce and quinoa

Ingredients:
1-2 frozen broccoli packages
2 gloves of garlic
1/2 onion
2 tbs lupin sauce
1-2 tbs olive oil
1 ts garlic powder
3 tbs vegetable broth powder
1 cup filtered water
1 cup quinoa

Instruction:
Take a big pot and place the olive oil, onions and garlic gloves in it. Stir it until the onions are soft. Now put the broccoli in it. deglaze it with Lupin sauce. Put the spices in it. Stir it here and there.

Meanwhile heat up a big pot with water. Put 2 tbs vegetable broth powder in it. When it’s boiling out the quinoa in it and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

Potatoes with Mediterranean vegetable mix

Ingredients:
1 Paprica
1 tomato
5-6mushrooms
1 1/2 cup green beans
3-4 cooked potaoes
1 ts curry mix (here is the video:)
2 tbs olive oil
1 ts sea salt
1/2 ts pepper

Instruction:
Cut all the vegetables in eatable sizes. Heat up your pan put the olive oil and all the vegetables in it. Stir it for few minutes add the spices to it.

Here is the video for the base recipe for the lenses dish. Add any vegetables you enjoy eating to eat. I added a vegan feta cheese this time to it.

Fried spinach dumplings with potatoes

Here is the video for the recipe:

Ingredients:
2-3 dumpling balls
2-3 potatoes
1 tbs olive oil
1 ts sea salt
1/2 ts pepper

Instruction:
cut the potatoes and the dumplings in small pieces. Heat up a pan and put the oil with the pieces into it. fry it for a few minutes until they are golden brown.

Salad

Here is the video for my salad dressing:

Instructions:
Cut the trunk from the salad and losing up the leaves. Place them in a big bowl fill it up with water and pour 3 tbs apple cider vinegar and 1/2 tbs baking powder into it. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Mix it here and there. Pour the water out and wash it with clear water 1-2 times. Now place it in a container with a towel another it so the water can be soaked.
