Raw Banana & Millet Cutlets. So easy to put together, healthy, crunchy, hearty and delectable.
Ingredients:
1. Raw Bananas/ Plantains – 1 no
2. Foxtail Millet (you can use any millet ) cooked – 1/2 cup
3. Onion – 1 cup finely chopped
4. Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup chopped
5. Salt as needed
6. Ginger – 1 tbsp Grated
7. Green Chilies – 2 no
8. Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
9. Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
10. Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
11. Jeera Powder 1/2 tsp
12. Oil – 1/4 cup

Instructions
1. Pressure cook the raw bananas, with their skin on, till very soft. Cool a bit, peel and mash them.
2. Add the cooked millets, onion ,coriander leaves and all the spices, green chilies & ginger to the mashed raw bananas. Mix it all very well. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
3. Form into 8 equal sized balls. Press them slightly to flatten them.
4. Heat oil in a pan and cook the cutlets for 6-8 minutes each side till crispy and browned on both sides, Serve hot with any chutney/ sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
