1 TBSP ENGLISH MUSTARD
1 TBSP KASOORI METHI
2 KASHMIRI CHILLI (THIS CHILLI IS FOR COLOUR & FLAVOUR NOT FOR HEAT)
2 TBSP PAPRIKA
1 JUICE OF LEMON
1 TBSP GARLIC POWDER – USE ONE TBSP OF FRESH GARLIC PASTE IF YOU WISH
4 TBSP OLIVE OIL – YOU MAY USE MUSTARD OIL FOR AUTHENTICITY OR VEGETABLE OIL AS ITS NEUTRAL!
GRILL THE CHICKEN 5-8 MINUTES A SIDE AND ENJOY!!!

1 HAND-FULL FRESH CORIANDER
JUICE OF 1/2 LEMON
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP SUGAR

BROWN RICE:
2 TBSP OIL
2 CUPS EASY COOK BROWN RICE
4 CUPS BOILING HOT WATER
2 STOCK CUBES
1 TSP WHOLE CUMIN SEEDS
1 TBSP GARLIC
1 MEDIUM ONION
1 TSP GROUND CUMIN POWDER
