Tempeh Focaccia Sandwich- Tempeh Recipe which is made using Focaccia . It’s completely healthy sandwich recipe which is best for early morning breakfast. Tempeh is plant based high source of protein made from beans. It’s a good option for vegan , vegetarian and even for those who need substitute for non veg .

1) Take the tempeh from hello tempeyy they have various flavours and different cut available of tempeh.
2)Add oil to the pan and then stir fry the peri peri tempeyy for 7-8mins
3)In other pan take oil and add onions , capsicum or any other veggies of your choice. Sauté them .
4) Add mixed herbs – salt – chilli flakes- per peri masala . Then add the stir fried tempeh. To this add teriyaki sauce
5) take focaccia bread slice it in between .
6) add some peri peri mayonnaise and then layer with some tomatoes.
7) Add the teriyaki stir fried veggies and tempeh to the sandwich layer wit with lots of cheese.
8) Dig in this healthy sandwich.
