your baby should have the exclusive breastmilk until six months. Your baby will get all the nutrition from mother milk . Also, you should not start the solid before 4 months. Your baby’s gut is still developing and is not able to deal with foods other than breastmilk . It may cause the infection or other serious problem.

1.Ragi milk kanji

Take about a handful of whole ragi grains .Wash and soak in water for 1/2 hour ,now grind it in a blender with half a glass of water.. extract the milk using a Muslin cloth.. now gently steer this milk in low flame with in couple of mins the milk would start thickening like kanji..cool this mixture.. adjust the consistency by adding water..add a little palm sugar for taste..
2. Mashed banana

Take a semi ripe banana preferably Kerala banana or nendra Palam,
Cut it to half’s, steam in a idly cooker for 5 to 7 mins.. peel the banana add half a teaspoon of unsalted butter (optional) mash it nicely in a blender add a pinch of salt for a tangy taste
3. Mashed carrot n potato
4+ months
pressure cook carrot n potato, mash thoroughly using a bender, add a little butter n salt for taste.. adjust consistency by adding hot water
4.Instant cerelac
7+ months
1 cup puffed rice (pori)
2 tbsp – Roasted chana (pottukadalai)
1 cardamom (optional)
Powder it in a mixer and store it in air tight container
Mix 1-2 tbsp powder with required amount hot water
Remedy for constipation

Soak 10 raisins in hot water for overnight
Squeeze and extract juice
