Hey my friends! Today, I wanted to chill with you guys, have fun and share some favourite meals and my first time trying out a new favourite! I’m not trying to lose fat or build muscle, I am just trying to enjoy my workouts and still working on finding a regular flow with working out again. I hope you love the recipes if you give them a go! They’re all down below for you to try!!

Breakfast: Tortilla Triangle Toasties
Cut the tortilla as shown in the video (cut from the outside to the centre point in a straight line) and load up your quadrants with your favourite ingredients. Fold the quadrants over when you’ve filled the section! I just used smashed avocado, ham, ricotta, and tomatoes (:

Lunch: Green Rice and Cod

I used cod but you can use other white fish! Also make sure to really season the rice or this one can come out a little bland (salt and garlic are my faves for it)

Dinner: Air-fryer ‘pizza’ (makes 2)
For the dough:
240g greek yoghurt (I used 5%)
350g self raising flour
Toppings:
Tomato sauce: 1 can chopped tomatoes (strained), 2 tbsp tomato puree, salt
1 pepper, sliced
50g EatLean cheese
50g mozzarella
Handful black olives
Kneed the dough ingredients until well fully combined, split in half and roll out the dough using a rolling pin. Heat the air fryer (I used bake setting to 210deg C) and when hot, place the dough inside and add the ingredients, staying careful not to burn yourself. Close the lid and cook for 5-7mins until the cheese is melted and the dough is cooked!
