📌Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas (290 g)
2 eggs
1/2 cup cane sugar (100 g)
4 Tbsp plain yogurt or sour crema
1/3 cup oil (80 g)
200 g flour: 1 cup whole wheat flour + 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt (3 g)
1 tsp baking powder (5g)
1 tsp baking soda (5 g)
1 tsp vanilla pasta

loaf pan: 9 x 5 inches (24 x 12 cm)
oil for greasing the pan
parchment paper

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 °F (180 °C) for about 50 – 55 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
