MORINGA LEAVES PARATHA is one of the healthy Indian flatbreads served as breakfast, lunch, or dinner. INGREDIENTS (250 ml cup)
Moringa leaves – 1 cup
Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
Carrom seeds/Ajwain – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp, adjust to taste
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Green chilli – 1-2, minced, adjust to taste
Salt – to taste
Water – 3/4 to 1 cup (for soft nonsticky dough)
Oil – 2 tsp to smear the dough
Oil/Ghee – to roast
