INGREDIENTS (Serves 4) – 375 Calories per portion (plus my pasta was 429 Calories)
8 Sausages (out of skins)
2 Carrots diced
3 Garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp Tomato Puree
100ml Red Wine (Optional)
Beef Stock Cube with 50 Water to dissolve
Tin of Tomatoes
100ml Water
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper
Dried Oregano
80ml Single Cream (I used Alpro Dairy free alternative)
80g Parmesan (use dairy free if required)
Pasta of your choice to serve
