This flavorful spicy sausage meal prep recipe will get you 5 days worth of breakfast (or lunch). You can also freeze some of them if you need to.
Ingredients:
1 bell pepper
Half an onion
Half a jalapeño
1 Lb spicy breakfast sausage
12 Eggs
Cheese of choice
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook bell pepper and onion together. Remove from heat once cooked.
Mixed 1 dozen eggs together and scramble. Remove from heat
Cook breakfast sausage until it no longer has any pink.
Combine all ingredients and top with cheese. Combine and disburse into containers
