Do you want to know how to lose belly fat without counting any calories at all? Yes, it can absolutely be done.

Prioritize protein from animal sources – red meat, ground beef, and eggs are best. Most chicken and pork are worse in quality due to higher levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids in their fat.

Make sure you eat a healthy amount – 100g or more for women and 150g or more for men.

Low protein consumption also suppresses the thyroid gland which can slow your metabolism.

Stop eating ultra-processed foods. Most of them contain, refined oils, refined carbs, processed sugars, and food additives. Some or all of these wreck your liver, damage your gut, disrupt cellular metabolism, and can impair hormone function.

Get more sleep and spend more time in the sun. Sleep helps restore, heal, and revitalize your body and your hormones. Conversely, a bad night of sleep can increase cortisol, decrease testosterone, and make you more insulin resistant.

Sunlight has the same beneficial effects. There’s also an association with high vitamin d levels and weight loss and improved insulin sensitivity.

Give those a shot for a month to start out. You should be pleasantly surprised.
