Ingredients
Dough
300g self raising flour
500g Low fat high protein yogurt
Pinch of salt

3tbsp sugar
2tsp butter
3tbsp cinnamon

Glaze
2tbsp icing sugar
1/2tsp soy milk

Method
Combine Yogurt, salt and self raising flour in a bowl and mix until it becomes a sticky ball
Knead for 2-3 min
Let rest whilst you prepare the filling
For the filling melt the butter and mix the cinnamon, sugar and butter together until it forms a paste
Flour your bench and roll out to 1/2cm thick to a large rectangle
Spread the cinnamon paste to the edges of the dough and then very carefully roll into a long log
Cut into 5-7cm rounds and place next to each other in a baking dish
Bake for 12-18min on 180c or until the have expanded and the dough is cooked through
Let cool to room temperature
Mix the icing sugar and soy milk to make a paste
And drizzle over the cinnabuns
