upma is very common break fast in south india but its an innovation of making upma with bread its taste really good an many kids they wont eat bread directlly so it is good alternative for them.

Ingredients:
Egg 2 n

Potato 4 n

Butter 2 tb

Cumin seeds ½ ts

Ginger garlic chopped 2 tb

Salt

Turmeric

Chilly powder ½ ts

Onion chopped 1 n

Green chilly 3 n

Mushrooms 6 n

Tomato chopped 4 n

Coriander 2 b

Bread coarse crumbs 1 cup

Directions:
Heat white butter in a pan add cumin seeds, ginger garlic chopped, raw potatoes (cut in to small pieces), salt, turmeric, chilly powder, add chopped onions, let it cook for 2 minutes, add green chilly, mushrooms, eggs, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander, bread powder, sprinkle water, mix it well, put the lid on cook for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
