Sticky Honey Soy Salmon
2 salmon fillets
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp each of ginger, honey, soy sauce and mirin
handful of peas
Rice and broccoli to serve

Gammon
Gammon joint
1.5 litre
6 baking potatoes
Salt & Pepper

Lamb Tagine
2 onions, finely sliced
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 x 400g cans chopped tomato
750ml chicken stock
3 carrots peeled and sliced
2 x 400g cans chickpeas
4 lean lamb leg steaks, fat removed and cut into bit sized chunks
2 lemons, 1 juiced, 1 cut into wedges
10g fresh corriander, leaves roughly chopped 60g fat free yoghurt (optional)

Spring Risotto
4 slices of prosciutto
1 bunch of spring onions, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
250g aborio rice
1 reduced salt vegetable stock cube made with 900ml water
1 corguette, diced into 1 cm chunk
250g asparagus bundle cut into 4xm lengths 125g frozen peas 40g parmesan grated plus extra to serve
3 tbsp soft cheese
1 lemon, zested and juiced

Burger & Chips
500g low fat mince
