Spicy Chicken Wrap

2 x Servings

2 x Chicken Breast
2 x Plain Tortilla Wraps
2 x Cloves of Garlic
10g x Paprika
2 tsp x Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp x Chilli Flakes
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 tsp x Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
1/4 x Iceberg lettuce (Thinly sliced)
1 x Tomato (Sliced)
1/2 x Red Onion (Sliced)

For The Sauce

100g x Low Fat Yoghurt
20g x Sriracha Sauce
1 x Clove of Garlic
1 Tbsp x Chopped Coriander
Salt and Pepper

1. Thinly slice the chicken breasts and add to them 10g of paprika, 2 tsp of oregano, 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, the juice of one lemon, a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix until everything is nicely coated.

2. Place a frying pan over medium heat and add in 2 tsp of olive oil. Place in the chicken and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until completely cooked through.

3. For the sauce, mix 100g of low-fat yoghurt with 20g of sriracha, 1 clove of crushed garlic, 1 tbsp of chopped coriander, a good pinch of salt and black pepper.

4. Warm the wraps through in a frying pan or for 10 seconds in the microwave. Lay a handful of iceberg lettuce onto the wrap followed by 3 to 4 slices of tomato and a few slices of red onion. Place over half of the cooked chicken and finish with a drizzle of the yoghurt sauce.
