Ingredients and Instructions: Saute 16 ounces of ground lamb, 1 diced onion, and 1 chopped red chile. Add cooked ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix in 1/2 cup of chopped pistachios, 2 Tbsp chopped parsley, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, and 1/4 tsp allspice.
