Healthy No Yeast Bagels Recipe
– 3 cups bread flour
– 3 cups Greek yogurt
– 4 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 egg wash for topping
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Mix the ingredients together and mix until a dough forms. Form into a ball and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
3. Cut into 8 and make the bagels. If the dough is too sticky, dampen your hands with water a little.
4. Brush with egg wash and add your toppings.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
