2. Salt – 1 teaspoon
3. Water – 2 cups
4. Washed Quinoa – 1 cup
5. Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
6. Water – 1 & 1/4 cup
7. Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon
8. Olive oil – 1 teaspoon
9. Salt – 1 pinch
10. Minced Garlic – 1 clove
11. Onion – as per taste
