Looking for a way to use leftover almond pulp from making homemade almond milk? Look no further. In this video, I’m showing you how to make homemade nut pulp banana bread. I got this idea from this recipe: but modified it to my liking.

Check out my homemade hazelnut milk to make this recipe:

Recipe:
2 large bananas
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup nut pulp (I used hazelnut)
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/2 + 1/8 cup plant milk (I used homemade hazelnut milk)
1 cup oat flour
1 cup plain flour
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chopped walnuts
Bake at 176°C/350°F for 60 mins. And enjoy!! This is honestly so delicious and writing this makes me want to eat more which I can because it’s currently in my fridge. Pairs well with non-dairy yogurt and berries. Yum yum!
