5 cloves garlic
1 white onion
1 stalk onion leeks
2 bell peppers
2 bunch kangkong (water spinach)
300g soft tofu
salt and pepper
1/2 cup water

Sauce:
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp cornstarch
black pepper
