Ingredients
1/4 cup Yellow capsicum
1/4 cup beans
1/4 cup green capsicum
1/4 cup Tomato
1/2 cup Gram flour
2 green chilli
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1 tsp Chat masala
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds
1/2 tsp black salt
salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
4-5 White bread slice
Instructions:-
In a mixing bowl, prepare the batter by combining the Chopped vegetables,gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Gradually add water to the mixture, whisking continuously until you achieve a smooth batter with a medium consistency. Make sure there are no lumps.
Heat frying pan or kadai over medium heat and grease with oil.
Dip each bread slice into the prepared batter, ensuring it is coated evenly on both sides. Gently drop the coated bread slice on the hot pan.
toast the bread pakoras until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides. Flip them occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Repeat the process for the remaining bread slices, toast them in batches. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan.
Once all the pakoras are ready, transfer them to a serving plate. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Serve the bread besan pakoras hot with mint chutney or ketchup. They make a delicious tea-time snack or appetizer.
