Baked this amazing Seed Bread today.
I have used maida in this one but for a healthier version use half Whole wheat flour n half Maida.
Soak the seeds for atleast 30 mins…i did not add flax seeds while soaking as they turn sticky.
Sprinkle it later while baking.
For added fibre you can add Rolled Oats too.
Always cool the bread before slicing.
I find that bread tastes better after 6 to 7 hours.
Since no bread improvers are used try n finish it as early as possible.
