RECIPE:
2 Cups Oats
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 cup green yoghurt (sweetened or unsweetened works)
1/4 cup brown sugar (or normal sugar based on what you like
2 tsp baking soda
Blend everything together in a blender or food processor
Optional: add chocolate chips or chunk of chocolate (or both 😁)
Scoop batter into cookie tray or wide baking pan
Preheat oven 5 – 10mins before you put it in
